Every grievance receives a reference number, and you can check its status at any time.

Before you begin Most questions are answered faster by telephone or at the office counter. Use this form when you want a written record and a reference number you can follow up. Anything concerning ragging, harassment or safety is treated as urgent and goes straight to the Principal.

How it works

You submit the form and receive a reference number.
The grievance is placed before the Principal.
The status moves to Under Review while it is looked into.
You are replied to, and the status becomes Resolved.

Keep your reference number safe — it is the only way to check the status online.

Urgent matters

Anything involving ragging, harassment, discrimination or a safety hazard should be reported immediately to the Principal in person or by telephone, not only through this form.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the institute's reply, you may take the matter to the Directorate of Industrial Training, West Bengal, or lodge it on the Government of India public grievance portal at pgportal.gov.in.
